Gasps and laughter filled the room as we journeyed through the story together.
During the session, students explored a map to identify the states where the book’s captivating photographs were taken. The reading concluded with hands-on discovery—students touched a turtle shell and learned the names of its parts, then examined rocks from the region that inspired the story, marveling at their intricate natural designs
